Terms of Service for The Connect Path (Operated by John Solomon Getano)

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the technical guidance services provided by John Solomon Getano, trading as The Connect Path (the “Service Provider” or “I”). By using my services, you agree to these Terms.
A. Nature of Service
The Connect Path provides independent, phone-based diagnostic guidance and troubleshooting advice for home network and connectivity issues within the 90km Sydney radius.
* Disclaimer of Guarantee: I provide advice based on the information you supply. I do not guarantee that all issues will be resolved, as network performance is dependent on external factors (e.g., your ISP, NBN infrastructure, device age).
* Scope of Service: Service is limited to guidance and diagnostic steps. I do not perform physical repairs, install hardware, or access your network remotely without your explicit and documented consent.
B. Pricing and Payment
* Transparent Fees: By accepting service, you agree to the transparent pricing structure detailed on the website, which includes a Call-Out Fee and an Hourly Rate. All fees must be agreed upon before commencing paid service.
* Billing: Services are billed under the name John S. Getano.
C. Limitation of Liability
The Service Provider (John Solomon Getano) shall not be liable for any loss of data, hardware damage, business interruption, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the advice provided. You use my services at your own risk.
D. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
