Pricing: Honest Rates

  • As a dedicated Sole Proprietor, my pricing is clear and upfront. You will never be billed for hidden or confusing fees.
    Service Call-Out Fee: $99.00 AUD (Applied upfront to cover NBN fault call-out and travel).
    Hourly Rate: $149.00 AUD (Billed in 15-minute increments after the first hour).
    Billing: All fees are confirmed and agreed upon before work begins. Payments are processed securely under the name John S. Getano.
